All Points East has announced a special free event for the local community, set for Sunday, August 17th at Victoria Park, London. The event will be headlined by the legendary BBC Radio 1 DJ Pete Tong, who will bring a selection of modern and classic dance anthems to The East Stage.
Joining him is DJ Yoda with his immersive audio-visual show 50 Years of Hip Hop, an expanded tribute to the genre’s cultural and musical milestones. The Cuban Brothers return with their signature mix of B-Boy action and comedy, while London-based Kengo delivers a global DJ set spanning house and world music. The Tamashii Drummers will showcase Japanese Taiko drumming, and Spotlight Presents offers live performances from young local artists.
In addition to music, the free day-long event features theatre shows from Half Moon Presents, fitness sessions from Be Well, youth boxing activities with Limehouse Boxing Academy, creative workshops by Rich Mix, and eco-crafting with Sunny Jar Eco Hub.
All Points East continues across the week with headliners Cleo Sol (August 15), Chase and Status (August 16), Barry Can’t Swim (August 22), RAYE (August 23), and The Maccabees (August 24).
