Born in Corsica and now moving between Berlin, London, and the UK, PETRU KSS presents his latest session for the EG Techno series, available now on SoundCloud and Mixcloud. Across EG TECHNO.154, he channels a working process shaped by travel, research, and long studio sessions built around hardware.

The mix unfolds as a patient techno journey across twenty-seven tracks. Tension builds gradually through hypnotic sequences, steady grooves, and subtle melodic pressure, while each transition is allowed room to breathe. By the time it reaches ‘Liminal Prelude’, the session lands like a full late-night arc easing into the early hours.

The tracklist features music by Petru Kss, Gat Sdr, Obscur, Gisura, Eaien, Franco Rossi, Frank Funke, Acheron, Justyn Nell, Philippe Petit, Kuetzal, Prspctv aka Xentrix, Alinep, Vkn Modular, Linear System, Yrsen, Nachtwaker, Konstantin Scharf, Telicho, Michael Wells aka GTO, Nortsch, and Gina Demarchi, alongside several original productions and remixes from Petru Kss’ Kolibri universe.

That approach connects closely to his Kolibri project, where PETRU moved away from screen-based production and into a hardware-driven workflow. Working directly with synths and sequencers, he leaves room for improvisation, accidents, and the kind of imperfections that give his music its human edge.
