Weighing only 136 grams.
Japanese manufacturer Pioneer DJ has presented their HDJ-CX model, a new pair of lightweight DJ headphones.
The new HDJ-CX weighs just 136 grams without the cables, and stands as a lightweight alternative to their HDJ-X series. The HDJ-CX has passed identical durability tests, as the core of the headband is constituted of steel, with the cans providing a frequency response of 5 Hz to 30 kHz.
The HDJ-CX model also includes a set of two interchangeable cables (straight and coiled) and replacement earpads. The new drop is only available in black (for now), with a retail price of US$ 150.
