Bespoke Musik recently unveiled ‘Powelstad,’ an EP from Powel and Christian Voldstad. The duo, known for their nearly decade-long chemistry that began at Brooklyn’s Lot 45 in 2015, recorded the project over the course of a year in Powel’s Berlin studio. The collaboration features hardware synthesizers, organic instruments, and a remix by Samihe of Minds Alike Records.
‘Powelstad’ follows the label’s ‘VA: Volume One’ and builds on Powel and Voldstad’s history of back-to-back sets at clubs and festivals worldwide. The EP is now available on Bespoke Musik, offering listeners a refined house sound that reflects both artists’ shared musical approach.
