Opening with ‘Gimme Some More’ Luna City Express weigh in a distinct, raw and dry House groove paired with ever morphing synth movements as well as a subtle nod to the ecstatic everything goes attitude of the Acid House era whilst putting a smile to every oldskool ravers face with their take on well beloved sample madness.
The title track ‘Neon Frame’ sees the duo on a pumping, yet well sexy and driving House tip led by beautifully floating piano tones, expertly cut-up vocal samples and ethereal, playful micro-melodies paving the way for ever spiralling and carefully intertwined layers which induce a timeless state of dancefloor hypnosis and serve a perfect blueprint for the future sound of the ever evolving Luna City Express project.
Finally Upon.You Records creative mastermind Marco Resmann presents a solo remix take on ‘Neon Frame’ with his ‘Marco Resmann Dub Mix’ re-lick which strips the original tune down to its bare essentials, puts in remarkably detailed, sci-fi leaning filter works and presents a hypnotic, time dissolving and Wildpitch-informed Tech House meets Dub Techno fusion for endless late night sets that is about to become an instant classic for a reason.
