Rave The Vote and HeadCount have joined forces to launch a campaign energizing the electronic music community to participate in democracy. This initiative, part of HeadCount’s ‘Good To Vote’ program, leverages America’s top DJs and producers to inspire civic engagement among dance music fans.

The campaign incentivizes voter registration by offering an exclusive music bundle featuring tracks from renowned artists such as Carl Craig, DJ Minx, Mikey Lio, Louie Vega, Seth Troxler, TOKiMONSTA, Walker & Royce, Hercules & Love Affair, and more.

A spokesperson for Rave The Vote emphasized the initiative’s importance, “Dance music in America is bigger than ever. It’s crucial that our community gets out and votes, and ensures its voice is heard. There is a lot at stake in this election, and we need dance music fans to show up and vote for values that are synonymous with our culture: peace, love, unity, and respect.”

Lucille Wenegieme, Executive Director of HeadCount, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, “Partnering with Rave the Vote is a fantastic opportunity to connect the vibrant energy of dance music with the power of voting.”

The ‘Good To Vote’ campaign, HeadCount’s flagship online initiative, has already made significant strides in voter engagement, reaching over 600,000 potential voters since its launch in 2020. Complementing these digital efforts, HeadCount continues to conduct on-site voter registration at various music events, further expanding its reach.

This collaborative effort between Rave The Vote—a volunteer-driven project spearheaded by Infamous PR—and HeadCount represents a significant step towards mobilizing a traditionally underrepresented demographic in the political landscape.
