Rebūke has released ‘World of Era’, his debut studio album, a 15-track collection that blends sound and visuals into a futuristic narrative. Out now, the album is led by the focus track ‘Ignite’ featuring Au/Ra.
Described by Rebūke as “a place for people to lose themselves,” ‘World of Era’ presents a cinematic vision supported by collaborators deadmau5, P.T. Adamczyk, Linska, Karin Park, Ed Graves, Greta Svabo Bech, and Melissa De Kleine.
On ‘Ignite’, Au/Ra’s haunting vocals bring depth to a track about love emerging from darkness. “Au/Ra’s haunting yet beautifully ethereal vocals elevate the emotion,” shares Rebūke. Au/Ra adds: “Rebūke’s sound and visuals fit so well in my world. I’m so happy we got to do this song.”
Other highlights include ‘Endless’ with Ed Graves and deadmau5, ‘Erase’ featuring Greta Svabo Bech, the Trainspotting-inspired ‘Choose Life’ with Linska, and the instrumental ‘Juno’, which was released earlier this year. P.T. Adamczyk contributes to ‘Chaos’ and ‘Forever’ alongside Aya Anne.
