From all day dancing at the three breathtaking beach clubs, to sailing out into the crystal clear ocean aboard one of the many boat parties, Hideout Festival has defined itself as the “ultimate summer retreat” for electronic music fans, sun worshippers and hedonistic revellers alike.
Selling out for the sixth year in a row, this years edition of the Hideout Festival delivered its biggest and most eclectic week. Over 150 artists played across five stages and 18 boat parties to thousands of festival goers during five unforgettable days. The introduction of a brand new stage ‘Noa’ saw Craig David play his TS5 set while Elrow took over Kalypso with their Bollywood road show and BBC Radio 1 had their very own ‘Summer of Dance’ pool party.
Some highlights of the massive celebration included J.E.S.u.S ploughing through 7 hour marathon, Dusky taking care of sunrise proceedings by sea, and Hideout’s infamous pool parties with festival friends BBC Radio 1 Summer Of Dance, Paradise, Jackathon and Viva Warriors. Daily boat parties set sail with the likes of Bicep, Mu Nu Leng, Hannah Wants, and Eats Everything at the helm with three special sets filmed from the seas from Sonny Fodera, Riton and Eton Messy.
Mark Newton, Director of Hideout Festival ties up Hideout 2016 commenting that “We’re delighted with Hideout Festival 2016. For us, it’s about making the Hideout Festival experience the best it can be, from programming to production, we want our festival goers new and old to experience the time of their lives with us.
