The premise of the album is based on a search for a better world.
Robert Babicz announced his eighth album, entitled ‘Utopia’, which will be released on Marc Romboy’s label, Systematic Recordings, where the Polish artist had already released his albums ‘A Cheerful Temper’ and ‘The Owl and the Butterfly’.
This material grew out of a creative process that allowed him to embody his own personal experiences, thus forming a soundtrack for life that personifies moments of both joy and difficulty. With this album, Robert asserts that ‘the ‘utopia’ we seek is not in fact a destination; rather it is a journey, one in which we must introspectively evaluate the notion in order to find a better world to live in’ and that ‘we must create it every day’.
The album consists of 13 tracks, and the single ‘Come Down’ will be released digitally on October 30, prior to the release of the full album on November 13.
