Scott Ferguson, better known by his stage name Robot84, has announced his latest release, ‘Cosmic Accident’ in a heavyweight vinyl 12″ format. This release is anticipated to have a substantial impact on the house/nu-disco genre.
‘Cosmic Accident’ is an exploration of house and disco, characterized by groovy rhythms, innovative vocal samples, and emotional melodic undertones. The ‘Full Vocal’ version, which includes words from Martin Luther King Jr., is a notable feature, while the ‘Dubbed Out’ version showcases complex instrumentation.
Recognized for his progressive, groove-driven sound, Robot84 started in Scotland’s club scene, co-founded Defunkt Records in Glasgow, and debuted in 2013 with ‘Welcome to the Pleasuredome.’
