RoEx has launched a seamless integration with Ableton Live. This streamlines music production by using artificial intelligence in the mixing process.

Producers can upload their stems to RoEx’s platform, where AI algorithms analyze and generate optimized mix settings. These settings export directly to Ableton Live projects with preconfigured EQ, compression, reverb, and level adjustments—all using Ableton’s native plugins.

While the AI-generated mix provides a solid foundation, producers maintain full creative control. The platform supports not only Ableton Live but also Bitwig Studio and PreSonus Studio One through DAWProject format, enabling professional mixing across different platforms.

The core of this integration is RoEx’s Automix feature, which uses human-trained AI algorithms to create balanced, cohesive mixes. The system adjusts essential mix parameters—volume, panning, spatial effects, equalization, and dynamic processing. Producers can freely fine-tune these suggested settings within their Ableton sessions.

According to David Ronan, CEO of RoEx, the technology aims to democratize professional music production by making it accessible to creators of all skill levels. The Automix feature serves as a collaborative tool that preserves artistic vision while providing a technical foundation for creative exploration.

The RoEx Ableton Live Set Export feature is available to subscribers at £14.99 monthly, with a free trial option for new users.
