It’s the first track from the artist’s forthcoming studio album.
Russian Linesman is back on the scene with the drop of his single, ‘But Now We’re Not In The Dark’. The new cut features the collaboration of Maps, and is already available to stream and purchase across all major digital platforms.
‘But Now We’re Not In The Dark’ sees Russian Linesman and Maps coming together for a heady and bright cut that soars high over iridescent arps and an emotionally gripping narrative. This is the first single to stem off from the artist’s incoming LP entitled ‘If Miniature World Is Our Safe Space, Then Pass Me The Shrink Ray’.
“The album was inspired by a rummage through old boxes of lyrics and diaries during lockdown, this musical journey explores the emotional complexities of navigating modern life while yearning for the simplicity of the past. It delves into the weight of expectations and obligations, transporting listeners to moments of wonder and enchantment and rekindling a sense of curiosity long forgotten.” says Russian Linesman about the forthcoming album.
