Brooklyn producer Saint Velez has announced his debut studio album, ‘Truth Be Told,’ alongside the release of its first single, ‘Authority (Inspirational Hater).’ The project is scheduled to arrive via his own Illegal Rhythm imprint.
The upcoming album represents a year of production, drawing inspiration from a specific, vivid dream that explores the artist’s personal and professional trajectory. A second single, ‘Villains (Backstage Hotel),’ is slated to follow on April 17th, 2026.
‘Authority (Inspirational Hater)’ serves as the project’s focal point, introducing a shift in energy and tone for the full-length record. The track features the industrial textures and physically driven grooves that have become a hallmark of the producer’s warehouse-developed sound.
Based in Brooklyn, Saint Velez has established a significant presence in the American techno scene through his Agape Music collective residency. His work has gained support from industry heavyweights, including Richie Hawtin and Sara Landry, with previous releases appearing on labels such as Autektone Dark and De Konstrukt.
