German-born, New Zeland-based producer Sanoi shared earlier this month the news of his upcoming debut album titled ‘Sanoi’, which will be published by Australian imprint Beat & Path. While the full record is expected for March 26th, the artist has already released ‘Castle On The Hill’, a first insight into the LP.
‘The world can be an enchanted and formidable place when you’re a kid. Although poets, composers, and novelists have tried to capture the weirdness of childhood for centuries, it’s territory that few dance music producers ever explore. But that’s a trend that Sanoi is comprehensively bucking on his latest single, ‘Castle On The Hill’.’ can be read on the EP’s press release, accounting for the inspiration behind the single.
The EP is complemented by a powerful and mischievous, club-oriented take of ‘Castle On The Hill’ by Swiss artist Kellerkind.
