Serato has expanded compatibility for its DJ software, adding support for three Pioneer DJ mixers through the Serato DJ Pro 4.0.6 update. The DJM-250MK2, DJM-450, and DJM-750MK2 can now be used with the platform.
The update unlocks the full range of tools available in Serato DJ Pro 4.0, enabling a more integrated workflow for DJs using these mixers, including full DVS functionality and tighter system compatibility.
Serato DJ 4.0, released in late 2025, introduced several new features and improvements. These include a Track Rating function with customizable emoji options, Spotify Premium streaming integration, and a redesigned interface.
The Spotify integration, announced alongside AlphaTheta in 2025, allows users of Serato DJ Pro and Lite to access a catalogue of over 100 million tracks directly within the software.
