Serato, the pioneering DJ software company, is celebrating a major milestone—25 years of innovation, creativity, and community. To commemorate this achievement is releasing a special limited-edition reissue of its Serato Scratch Live Control Vinyl, with only 1,500 units available worldwide.

This special edition is set to become a coveted collector’s item. Each package includes two 12-inch, 140-gram control records, offering DJs a piece of music technology history.

Introduced in 2004, Scratch Live revolutionized DJing by allowing DJs to scratch and mix digital music files using traditional vinyl or CDJ controls. This innovation seamlessly blended analog feel with digital versatility, preserving the tactile experience of vinyl while offering the flexibility of a digital music library.

Founded in 1999 in New Zealand, Serato has consistently led audio innovation. Their portfolio includes other notable technologies such as Pitch ‘n Time, released in their founding year, and the more recent Serato Stems, launched just last year.
