Alex Autajon is a young french DJ/Producer who makes forward-thinking club tracks influenced by Jersey Club Music and French Touch House. After a few netlabel releases he appeared on MOVELTRAXX infamous ‘Street Bangers Factory’ series alongside Traxman, TT The Artist, DJ Swisha, Mr. Mitch, Nadus & more.
His work is described by Dummy Magazine as ‘skippy, syncopated beats that sits somewhere between DJ Rashad and Bok Bok in terms of soundscape, with whirling synths, booty-claps, gunshots and weighty low-end’. Alex releases are featured in Mixmag, Complex, Beatportal, Insert, Trax, BBC Radio 1 and Dummy Mag.
He produced official remixes for Crookers, Gettoblaster, Big Dope P, DJ Manny, Househead Samira and Morgan Hislop. After a debut EP ‘ALMA’ featuring DJ Earl & Leomid + a debut solo 12′ vinyl ‘CARWASH’ in 2021, Alex started 2022 with a new DJ residency at Lyon’s club Le Sucre and released a collaborative single with Big Dope P on legendary’s NYC label Nervous.
His new EP ‘Tom Crous’ is coming out this week on Moveltraxx.
