Once again, Anis Hachemi and Alex Kaspersky have done a truly titanic job for days on end recording a new studio album Atura. This time the guys created a technological singularity from indie dance, tech house, and techno.
The album starts with the track Atura, which is dominated by an assertive techno-rhythm with unsurpassed robotic vocals, and Drumcode lives up to its name with powerful percussion with cosmic motifs. Everything Gonna Be Alright features a calm bass drum and measured vocals. Kemik with its broken rhythm is replaced by Ride’s groove motifs. The synth line and flanger take us to the dance floor along with the track Midnight disco where Yoruba closes the curtain on the classic and calm house. This album draws you in like a black hole without letting go until the last track – a magnificent work from the unsurpassed collaboration of Anis Hachemi and Alex Kaspersky.
