Bradley Underground takes us on a techno-fuelled journey through his home town of Glasgow in his latest offering with the ‘0141’ EP. Jackie Knows Karate welcomes the young scot to the label for their first techno focused release following a string of heavy hitters from the labels previous releases. 0141, which is the dialling code for Glasgow, shows the label remain true to their ‘No BS, Just Pure Music’ philosophy. Four Four Kicks which could get the weakest of hearts racing mixed with heavy percussion and sweeping pads categorises the larger theme of the EP.

‘Tegno’ kicks the EP into gear with massive bass driven kicks and Bradley’s signature
percussion sounds which continue to build tension into the tracks third-minute breakdown which
features the start of the floaty synths and a dark vocal of ‘AFRICA’ which continues throughout.
A gem of a track makes for peak time play. ‘Tegno’ has also been featured recently on La La’s
recent Rinse FM show proving that Bradley Underground’s sound is here to stay. ‘Blacklight’
picks up from the previous track and takes us into a much faster pace with twisted synths and
high string pads with clear Slam and Gary Beck influences. ‘Guess Who’ closes out the EP and
takes us on a euphoric ride into the past with large trancey pads with proper 90’s vibes the
height of techno.

Release date: November 27th, 2020.
