The debut various-artist compilation entitled ‘Arche’ (the ancient Greek word for ‘origin’ or ‘beginning’). It represents a beginning, the opening cannon in the Inflect Records‘ artillery. The tracks themselves originate in the present but also represent times gone by, a showcase of colourful storylines which are open to interpretation to evoke a personal emotional expression.
DaVak – Aurelius is a perfect outro for the album, a real reflective track full of emotion and groove, providing hypnotic vocals and deep rolling basslines. It is combined with layers of cosmic snares and synth stabs, with a bitter acid line that will melt listeners and keep their feet tapping and eyes watery.
