Born in 92’ is an alias of Monstergetdown and was born from a need to create new soundscapes altogether. He’s as much an artist as a shape-shifter – moving between genres seamlessly and taking to the streets to turn everyday sounds into groovy, atmospheric house and techno. Born in 92′ possesses an innate talent to create, and because of his eclectic style, you could play an all-night long set using only his original material. Monstergetdown is known for his many releases on the infamous mau5trap, and can be found playing various warehouse parties and clubs around the United States.
Hannah Monica is based in Los Angeles, is a Resident DJ for Understated, and manages the music label Understated @ Nite. You can find her playing at various warehouse parties, bars & clubs in the area. As a DJ, she is known for energetic, acid, and bouncy techno sounds which all come to life during her sets, fill the room with energy, and make the audience feel the need to dance. During 2020, she hosted a weekly livestream on the Understated Twitch channel where she premiered tracks from her label and hosted other artists. Hannah Monica is featured on Grensta’s track ‘Tha Girl’ which Insomniac featured as “track of the day” in early 2018. She released ‘Touch’ via Understated Recordings in 2020 and has more planned for 2022.
