Two real veterans of the game step up for our next release, which also sees longtime friends of the label Luca Donzelli and Jean Pierre on the remix duties. In fact, we’re super proud to welcome the London-based -but obviously Italian-born duo of Italoboyz to the label with ‘My Only Friend‘ EP.
For ADM028 the pairs have provided two solid and rumbling originals with all the craziness that has accompanied them for over a decade, as both feature mighty basslines, twisted sounds, and bold grooves.
On the remix duties, Cuttin’ Headz associate Jean Pierre turns ‘My Only Friend‘ into a basement destroyer by rising the tempo and adding 909 blasting drums, whilst fellow Italian and WOW Recordings! boss Luca Donzelli relies on elastic percussions, slippery splashes of acid for another banging interpretation.
