Metamorfosi Records closes out 2025 with its first VA release, ‘The Various – Volume 1’
Out on December 19th, 2025, The Various – Volume 1 marks the first Various Artists installment from Joseph Capriati’s Metamorfosi Records, extending the label’s sharp A&R vision and reinforcing its forward momentum.
Launched earlier this year, Metamorfosi Records has quickly established itself as one of 2025’s most compelling new imprints. With a run of standout releases, the label has showcased a bold and future-focused identity. From Capriati’s own long-awaited debut collaboration with Dennis Cruz on the widely supported No Sleep, to dynamic EPs from UK duo Murphy’s Law, rising Brazilian talent FLOWFAT, and seasoned hitmaker Volkoder, the catalogue reflects a carefully curated blend of emerging voices and established artists.
Closing out the year, The Various – Volume 1 highlights Capriati’s deft curatorial approach while cementing Metamorfosi’s position as a fresh powerhouse in electronic music.
Leading the release are high-voltage club cuts such as Aitor Astiz & Joey London Style’s Cupcake and Marco Tropeano’s Goes Without Saying. On a deeper note, Ammo Avenue’s Rock It Down and Kidoo’s Luuna deliver growling low-end grooves and tripped-out, heads-down sonics designed for late-night sessions. Meanwhile, Elbio & Denis’ Power Bank and Horo (IT)’s Paradise offer club-ready weapons built around pulsing basslines and cosmic textures.
Balancing the release, a quartet of percussion-driven tracks brings a more organic edge: Francesco Squillante’s You Killed Us, Harvy Valencia’s CAPRII, Joe Vanditti’s Be Myself, and Vanee feat. Teo Galindez’s Dos Mujeres En Mi Vida, each drawing on rolling rhythms and expressive drum work to round out the compilation.
