Bringing to mind the mid-1990s turning point when Detroit-techno started becoming influenced by melodic Continental trance and UK rave by producers such as Ken Ishii and Joey Beltram, Depas fuses lush melodies together with complex rhythmic elements into what he calls “the light side of the Euphoria EP” dropping on 24 November.
