Pulling inspiration from the 90s electronic scenes of Chicago, Detroit, and New York, as well as the roots of underground rave culture, Miles Ellis has been deeply committed to the studio and the stage for over 15 years.
A live artist at heart, Ellis is known for his pure, raw house and techno performances, all built through live improvisation. His sets are composed in real time—unfiltered and unrehearsed—delivering a sense of authenticity rarely found in the electronic music world.
Over the years, Ellis has released music on various international labels, and in 2019, he launched his own imprint: Limitlessun Recordings. The label has seen a string of solid releases that reflect his unique sonic identity.
In 2024, Ellis introduced Only Raw Sun, a sublabel of Limitlessun dedicated exclusively to his live improv recordings, all created in one take. These performances—raw, original, and completely unedited—are available online, standing as a testament to his vision and talent.
With a philosophy grounded in spontaneity and real-time expression, Miles Ellis continues to push boundaries while honoring the heritage of electronic music’s most iconic cities.
