A cyclone expresses what the sky is able to do. From a clear and calm moment, ‘Cyclone’ decides when he strikes to smash everything in its path, with an apocalyptic strength.
But one safe place exists where the cyclone can’t do anything. A place where the weather is always the same, sunny and calm, bright and light: ‘Over the coulds’.
