Synthetic Serenade, featured as the second track on my debut album ‘Dystopiac’, represents a departure towards the EDM genre, marking a unique shift in my musical style. The song delves into the intriguing concepts of cyberattraction and the pursuit of a synthetic connection. Structurally, it unfolds as a musical dialogue, with the male’s serenade posing questions, met by the female’s response. While ‘Dystopiac’ predominantly leans towards experimental electronica, I chose to include ‘Synthetic Serenade’ due to its thematic relevance, offering a blend of EDM elements with touches of electronica and experimental soundscapes. Does it work? That’s for the audience to decide.
