Navas makes his BAU_HAUS debut with ‘You Got Me EP’, a four-track collection that bridges the energy of modern electronica and indie dance with the spirit of ’90s rave culture. At its heart lies the title track ‘You Got Me’, a reimagining of a vocal from Liquid Crystal’s 1993 classic.
The rest of the EP expands on that ethos with a series of bold stylistic turns. ‘Open Your Mind’ flips a nod to Adam Beyer into a breaks reinterpretation. ‘Deeper Your Love’ dives into hypnotic territory while closing track ‘Closer’ combines indie dance with a dark vocal.
