It’s the 11th edition of the compilation series.

Berlin-based record label Stil vor Talent has recently unveiled the 11th edition of their ‘Berlin: Spreepark’ compilation.

This collection showcases a curated selection of both established and emerging artists, all of whom have contributed their notable soundscapes inspired by the ambiance of Spreepark. With each track, listeners are taken on a sonic journey through Berlin’s rich history, evoking a profound sense of wonder and nostalgia.

Including 14 different cuts the compilation includes names such as Kellerkind, Fur Coat,  Malandra Jr., Steve Stix,  Deniz Kabu, Local Dialect, Mila Journée, Bjoern Stoerig, and more.

Once known as Kulturpark Plänterwald, Spreepark became a popular fairground after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. It had thrilling rides, a Ferris wheel, and cultural events. The riverbank also became a peaceful oasis. However, in 2001, nature took over and turned Spreepark into a mystical place where remnants of the past and the beauty of nature combined, attracting adventurous explorers.
