Supreme has released a capsule consisting of 3 T-shirts that have been inspired by UK outfit Massive Attack and their acclaimed ‘Mezzanine’ album. The drop comes almost two decades after the initial release of the record, and features the beetle that graced the legendary album artwork.
Massive Attack has shared an update via social media platforms, clarifying their involvement with the Supreme capsule: ‘The ‘Mezzanine’ range was planned and designed without consulting with Massive Attack. The band has no commercial interest in the project, they only gave their consent as an act of ‘tribute’ to Nick Knight.’
In recent times, the brand has partnered with companies such as Numark and Akai to deliver limited editions of its most famous equipment.
