LA Relief Mix — Terms & Conditions

1. About We Give A Jam!!!
We Give A Jam!!! is a grassroots charity project founded and curated by Hólmar Filipsson (a.k.a. Hólmar / Acid Tourist). He, together with a circle of contributing artists, controls and hosts the audio file you are about to download. Electronic Groove (EG) simply verifies donations and provides a download link; EG does not own, store, or monetize the mix.
2. Your Listening Licence
By completing the download, you receive a personal, non‑commercial licence to enjoy the LA Relief Mix on your own devices.
No streaming, public playback, re‑upload, resale, or re‑editing.
If you love the mix, please direct friends to make their own donation rather than sharing the file.
3. Ownership & Permissions
The mix is performed by Hólmar with guest DJs.
Individual tracks, remixes, and edits were donated by more than 40 artists who confirm they control or have cleared the material they supplied.
All underlying copyrights remain with the original right‑holders.
4. 100 % for Charity
Every dollar you give goes directly to the wildfire‑relief charity you choose. No fees are deducted by EG or by We Give A Jam!!!.
5. Availability & Takedowns
The audio is delivered via a private Dropbox link managed by Hólmar. If any right‑holder believes their work is included without proper authorization, please email hello@wegiveajam.org and the offending material will be removed or replaced promptly.
6. No Warranty
The mix is provided “as is.” We Give A Jam!!!, Hólmar, EG, and all contributors make no promises about audio quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Electronic Groove, its owners, and staff shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your download or use of the mix. Responsibility for the file and its contents rests with We Give A Jam!!! and Hólmar.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Miami‑Dade County.
9. Your Agreement
Ticking the checkbox at checkout means you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
