Terror/Cactus has announced the release of his new album, ‘Colapso’, alongside the arrival of its latest single, ‘Discoteca Fugitiva’.

Set for release on June 12th, 2026, via Share It Music, the forthcoming LP continues Martín Selasco’s exploration of Latin American rhythms, hypnotic electronic production, psychedelic guitar, and polyrhythmic grooves. The record features field recordings, synthesizers, saxophone, layered percussion, and collaborations with a wide range of musicians across its nine tracks.

Speaking about the new single, Selasco explains: ‘Discoteca Fugitiva (Fugitive Disco)’ channels dancefloor escapism through a contemporary psychedelic space, where echoes of Peruvian chicha and 80s post-disco flicker through vibrato guitar, Latin percussion, live drums, handclaps, and cycling Juno arpeggios.”

Born in Buenos Aires, raised in Miami, and now based in the Pacific Northwest, Selasco has developed Terror/Cactus into a project that bridges Latin American musical traditions with contemporary electronic production. Following 2024’s ‘Forastero’, the upcoming album turns toward themes of migration, resistance, and transformation, framing collapse as a generative force rather than an endpoint.

Ten percent of proceeds from ‘Colapso’ will be donated to the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.
