Tesla’s Gigafactory, located in Brandenburg, has inaugurated a techno club within its facilities, realizing Elon Musk’s vision of combining work and entertainment. This new space, named ‘Hamster’, offers employees an exclusive place to enjoy music and relax after their shifts.

The announcement was made by André Thierig, the factory director, who shared a video that quickly went viral on social media. The inauguration video also included the song ‘Da Capo’ by Perplexer, adding a touch of pop culture to the event.

Elon Musk proposed this idea in 2020, before the factory’s opening in 2022, suggesting that the Gigafactory should have a mega-rave cave. Now, this vision has become a reality, providing the approximately 12,000 factory employees a place to unwind and enjoy techno music.

The ‘Hamster’ club is a place to dance and enjoy music, representing an innovative approach to employee well-being. Musk and his team show Tesla’s commitment to innovation, enhancing work experiences by combining efficiency with recreation.
