DJ and producer Thaddeus X, also known as his alter egos Velvet Surf and The Selenite, has released his latest EP, ‘Voices in My Head,’ through the Minds Alike label.
This four-track EP showcases the Dominican artist’s versatility and collaborative spirit. It includes ‘Voices in My Head’ (feat. SIGMA), ‘Red’ (feat. SIGMA), ‘Alisios,’ and ‘Kater Mond.’ The musical journey stems from a creative synergy between Thaddeus X and producer Ivan Smoka, with SIGMA’s enchanting vocals adding depth to select tracks.
‘Voices in My Head’ is a dreamlike organic house track where soft, sensual vocals intertwine with warm synths, creating a perfect balance of emotion and rhythm. Whether you’re dancing in a club or relaxing at home, this EP transports you to serene, paradise-like vibes.
The EP represents a harmonious blend of talents, featuring contributions from Jacob Cabrera Viera, Ivan Lajarín Hidalgo, and Sigmarie Pérez Velázquez in the writing and production process. Mastering engineer POBLA applied the finishing touches, ensuring a professional and immersive listening experience across all four tracks.
