Since its inception in 1999, Bedrock Records has been more than just a label; it has served as a north star for the progressive movement. Under the leadership of John Digweed and Nick Muir, the imprint has spent the last years undergoing a fascinating sonic metamorphosis. While its signature sound remains anchored in hypnotic, long-form storytelling, in recent years it has pushed into darker, mechanical techno and sophisticated melodic electronica. This playlist captures that shift, featuring the veteran masters and the new guard who continue to prove that in the world of Bedrock, the future is always in motion.
John Digweed will be showcasing the imprint’s sound, alongside Spencer Brown, who will be headlining the Bedrock Cruise on March 26th, 2026, during Miami Music Week. Organized by Magnetic Grooves and set aboard the South Beach Lady, the event will transform Biscayne Bay into a moving dance floor framed by the Miami skyline, offering a focused alternative to the week’s marathon club nights. Grab your tickets here.
Ahead of the special event, we have selected 10 Bedrock releases from the last 10 years.

1. Spencer Brown – Pattaya Sunrise
A standout from the early 2026 schedule, this track highlights the label’s continued ability to sign top-tier talent. It’s a bright, driving progressive cut with a shimmering energy perfect for a festival sunrise.
2. Hot Since 82 ft. Kuuda – Forever
A heavy-hitting collaboration that leans into the deeper, melodic house territory. The haunting vocals by Kuuda layered over a rolling, club-ready bassline make it an instant modern classic for the label.
3. Jamie Stevens – Endgame
Jamie Stevens returns with a sophisticated, textured piece of electronica. It features intricate percussion and a moody atmosphere that stays true to the “intellectual” side of the Bedrock catalog.
4. Guy J – Nirvana
Guy J remains a cornerstone of the label. Nirvana is a masterclass in his signature “hypnotic” style—long, evolving melodies that pull the listener into a deep, emotional state over its nearly 10-minute runtime.
5. Bedrock – Heaven Scent (8Kays Remix)
Part of the massive Heaven Scent remix project for the label’s most famous anthem. 8Kays provides a dark, driving melodic techno interpretation that has become a staple in John Digweed’s recent “Bunker” and live sets.
6. Quivver – Keep On Runnin’
Quivver (John Graham) consistently delivers some of the most technically impressive tracks on the label. This release is a high-energy tech-house hybrid with a gritty, funk-infused bassline that doesn’t let up.
7. John Digweed & Nick Muir – With You
Taken from the expansive Quattro project, this track is a masterclass in atmospheric progression. It blends a deep, pulsating low-end with swirling, emotive synth textures that evoke a sense of late-night solitude.
8. Franky Wah – Scanalatura (with John Digweed & Nick Muir)
A major collaboration that brought a fresh, younger audience to the label. It’s a soaring, emotional progressive house track that perfectly bridges the gap between old-school Bedrock and the new wave of UK dance music.
09. Marc Romboy & Miki Kekenj – Heaven Scent (Rework)
A beautiful, orchestral-tinged electronica version of the label’s biggest hit. It was a centerpiece of the Quattro album and proved that Bedrock’s legacy tracks could be completely reimagined for home listening.
10. Henry Saiz – Dark Pulse Power
Henry Saiz is known for his eccentric and melodic approach, and this release lives up to the name. It blends retro-synth vibes with modern punchy techno, creating a track that feels both nostalgic and forward-thinking.
