Portuguese producer Trikk has collaborated with Hamburg’s techno brass band MEUTE on ‘Raiva,’ which is now available via Innervisions.
‘Raiva’ combines Trikk’s sophisticated electronic production with MEUTE’s powerful brass arrangements, creating a seamless fusion of electronic precision and organic energy.
Porto-born Trikk has garnered recognition for his refined electronic music. Released on labels like Ninja Tune, Innervisions, and DGTL, his work features intricate percussion and atmospheric soundscapes, weaving hypnotic rhythms with narrative elements.
MEUTE, an 11-piece ensemble from Hamburg, has been revolutionizing electronic music since 2015. The brass band has earned acclaim for their dynamic interpretations of electronic classics, including ‘Rej’ and ‘The Man with the Red Face’. Through their compelling performances at clubs, festivals, and street venues, they bring brass band music firmly into the electronic era.
