Tycho, Underworld and Timo Maas nominated for the 2017 Grammy Awards

The nominees list includes more than 50 artists in different genres.

Today was released the final list of nominees for the Grammys 2017 edition. Two special categories are related to Dance and Electronic Music: Best Dance Recording and Best Dance/Electronic Album.

On the first category Best Dance Recording you can find artists like Bob Moses with ‘Tearing me up’The Chainsmokers feat. Daya with ‘Don’t let me Down’, Flume feat. Kai with ‘Never be like you’, Riton featuring Kah-Lo for with ‘Rinse & Repeat’ and Sofi Tukker with ‘Drinkee’.

Second one Best Dance/Electronic Album includes Flume with ‘Skin’, Jean-Michel Jarre with ‘Electronica 1: The Time Machine’, Tycho with ‘Epoch’, Underworld with ‘Barbara, We Face A Shining Future’ and Louie Vega with ‘Louie Vega Starring…XXVIII’.

Another highlights are the nominations of British band Jamie XX on Best Music Video with their outstanding ‘Gosh’; Radiohead for Best Rock Song and Best Alternative Music Album, with ‘Burn The Witch‘ and ‘A Moon Shaped Pool’ respectively, and Timo Maas and James Teej for their remix of Paul McCartney & Wings “Nineteen Hundred & Eighty Five” on Best Remixed Recording category.

The 59th Edition of the Grammys will take place on February 12th and you can see the whole nominees list here.
