Universal Music Group (UMG) has joined forces with Music Health Alliance to establish a mental health fund for industry professionals.

The initiative, launched on February 13th, 2025, builds upon the organizations’ successful four-year partnership in providing dental, vision, and family care support. This expanded fund now introduces comprehensive mental health services, connecting professionals with specialized counselors and psychiatrists while providing financial assistance for sustained access to quality care.

Tatum Hauck Allsep, CEO and founder of Music Health Alliance emphasized the program’s holistic approach. The initiative offers integrated services including psychiatric care, specialized treatment programs, and systematic data collection to improve service delivery.

The fund welcomes both active and former music industry professionals, extending beyond UMG’s immediate circle. Susan Mazo, UMG’s Chief Impact Officer, highlighted this inclusive approach as essential for fostering sustainable mental health support throughout the industry.

This initiative aims to provide mental health and wellness support to music industry professionals and their families.
