[UNVRS] is a signal of ambition, blending Ibiza’s timeless spirit with a futuristic vision. Conceived by Yann Pissenem, Owner, Founder, and CEO of The Night League and Ushuaïa Entertainment, the venue marries the rustic charm of an Ibizan finca—think whitewashed walls, rugged stone, and natural textures—with a narrative of a club lost to the ages, reborn to endure. A UFO sculpture, seemingly crash-landed at the entrance, welcomed us as we entered. Descending a majestic staircase, we arrived at a sprawling main arena, alive with vivid visuals, dazzling light displays mapped across towering walls, and a bespoke L-Acoustics sound system.
[UNVRS] weaves indoor and outdoor spaces into an adventure, inviting exploration across lush patios, reflective passageways, and multi-tiered levels—each a sensory realm. Architectural nods to brutalism, vintage futurism, and modern art deco are also present. The VIP area is located on a curved, elevated balcony offering sweeping views of the throbbing dancefloor. We also found different hidden gems like the Wild Comet, a micro-club nestled in a restroom, including a DJ booth, reactive lighting, and pristine acoustics. Outdoor havens shone too: the Gravity Garden enveloped guests in greenery. The Sky Deck dazzles with vistas of Ibiza Town and Formentera. The iconic Dome, crowned by the ‘Tree of Life,’ wows crowds, and a culinary twist with VICIO saw crispy chicken bites paired with caviar.
High Scream, led by Romain Pissenem, unleashed a potent extravaganza, blending dynamic lighting, immersive LED displays, and flawless audio into a narrative journey. Acrobats glided through beams of light, visuals pulsed in sync, and fog bursts mimicked a rocket launch. Futuristic LED structures rose like cosmic pathways, while lasers on mobile winches traced vivid trails overhead. The seamless fusion of tech and art left attendees raving.
Dutch DJ Carista launched the night with Tornado Wallace’s ‘Bitter Suite (Symphony Mix),’ heralding a new era. Ahmed Spins and Adam Ten b2b Mita Gami ramped up the vibe with their groovy sounds. Michael Bibi’s signature underground beats electrified the crowd. Two thrilling back-to-back sets followed: Joseph Capriati b2b The Martinez Brothers drove quality house and techno for two hours, and Carl Cox and Jamie Jones closed the main room with an euphoric set till the morning. In the Wild Comet, acts like Pascal Moscheni b2b Frankybeats, Salomé Le Chat, S.A.M, and KOKO kept the pulse racing, and local star Paul Reynolds drove the crowd into dawn.
The launch of [UNVRS] carved a historic chapter for Ibiza, uniting the island’s heritage with trailblazing creativity. With its daring design, quality production, and stellar artists, it should redefine global nightlife. Without further ado, the venue promises a season to be remembered.
