Visit some of Burning Man’s creations at Las Vegas’ Area15

The venue houses the festival’s sculptures and installations.

A new space in Las Vegas has opened its doors. Area15 is a place that stands out for housing some of the monolithic sculptures created over the years for different editions of the iconic Burning Man festival.

Spearheaded by founder Michael Beneville, who has been a part of the Nevada festival on ten occasions, the project counts with the participation of Meow Wolf, an arts and entertainment Santa Fe-based brand, and Fisher Brothers, a NY real estate company.

Burning Man is something very special’, Beneville says. ‘It’s 68,000 of the most creative people on the planet coming together to build something that is simply extraordinary. I am humble enough to know that we would never attempt to recreate Burning Man.

Completed 5 years after its inception, the venue also serves as an exhibition space for interested buyers. ‘Real estate developers, municipalities, and other people who are interested in buying this type of artwork can come and see the piece in some kind of context. In a photograph, you can’t get an idea of how spectacular this work really is’, adds Beneville.

In addition, Area15 also houses clothing stores related to the festival, restaurants and it even has a private space meant for 3D projections.
