Rockstar Games has released the official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI ahead of schedule, revealing exciting details about the highly anticipated sixth installment in the GTA series. The trailer showcases various elements of the game, including fast cars, beaches, strip clubs, alligators, police raids, boat parties, and a vibrant nightclub scene.
The game will be set in Vice City, a fictional Miami, and will feature Lucia as the first playable female protagonist in a GTA game. GTA VI will be released on Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5, along with its online counterpart, GTA Online.
In 2018, the After Hours update in GTA Online introduced nightclubs that players could own and customize, as well as the ability to book top DJs such as Solomun, Tale Of Us, Dixon, and The Blessed Madonna. Rockstar Games also launched CircoLoco Records in collaboration with Ibiza’s CircoLoco in 2021. The label has already released music from renowned artists like Seth Troxler, Kerri Chandler, Sama’ Abdulhadi, and Skream.
The soundtrack for GTA VI is yet to be announced, but previous GTA titles have featured a diverse range of artists, including Arca, Rosalía, Frank Ocean, and Danny Brown, with a focus on dance music.
