On January 1st, 2024 at 8 AM, the label shared a 14-second audio clip across social media platforms, featuring the layered logos of XL and Burial. Additionally, an intriguing clip with different audio was revealed on Instagram. While no further details have been provided at this time, the anticipation for Burial’s upcoming work is growing.

Burial has collaborated with artists such as Four Tet and Thom Yorke on the project ‘Her Revolution / His Rope’ in 2020. He has also released music on labels like fabric Originals, Nonplus, and Hyperdub, with the latter being the primary platform for his work.
