Blending music, culture, and hospitality, YOKO lands in Miami on Friday, September 27th, 2025, for its first edition. The debut event unfolds across two different spaces at YOTEL — from rooftop sunsets to immersive late-night rhythms.
YOKO, meaning “daughter of the sun” or “daughter of the ocean,” invites guests on a journey through sound and setting. Beginning at 4 PM on the Vela Sky Rooftop, the daytime gathering features golden-hour energy, poolside cocktails, and an uplifting musical backdrop.
As the sun sets, the event transitions into a deeper, more intimate session from 10 PM inside YOTEL’s first-floor speakeasy. This nighttime chapter offers a moody, immersive vibe, bringing the audience closer to the music and its creators.
The lineup includes Kike Roldan, Nayla Scozzesi, Jessy Nimni, Nuclius, Shelley de Vos, and V Wyss—local artists known for shaping Miami’s underground electronic scene. With future editions aiming to bring in international talent, YOKO sets out to become a new cultural fixture in the city’s event calendar.
Rooted in Japanese-inspired aesthetics and curated hospitality, YOKO transforms the hotel into a sensory space of discovery, blending electronic soundscapes with visual and communal storytelling.
