UK-based charity Youth Music has announced its first fundraising auction in partnership with A Noble Gift. The initiative forms part of its Rescue the Roots campaign, aimed at supporting grassroots music projects for young people across the UK.
According to the organisation, 41 percent of youth music projects are currently at risk of closure, highlighting the urgency behind the campaign. The auction brings together a selection of rare items and experiences, with 100 percent of proceeds going directly to Youth Music.
Among the highlights is an MAM Systems MB 33 Retro synthesizer signed by Bicep, alongside a limited-edition AlphaTheta Omnis-Duo DJ controller featuring a custom design by Elijah. Opening bids are set at £250 for the synthesizer and £500 for the controller.
Additional listings include custom Arctic Monkeys merchandise and experiences such as wine tastings, expanding the scope beyond music gear.
