The ‘7 Days of Framework’ event is getting closer, from April 12th to 20th, 2024, coinciding with the Coachella weekends at Sound Nightclub in Los Angeles.

This week-long event will feature some top talents in the house and techno genre. The event commences on April 12th with Maccabi House founders Adam Ten and Mita Gami, followed by Ukraine’s Miss Monique on April 13th.

The music resumes on April 16th with Brazilian producer Maz and the UK’s Ben Sterling. French DJ Folamour will make his debut on April 17th, with support from Heidi Lawden. Purple Disco Machine returns on April 18th, accompanied by Lee Wells.

The second weekend spotlights Dutch techno artist Reinier Zonneveld on April 19th. The event wraps up with Innellea leading a techno session on April 20th, assisted by Sound’s veteran Anakim.

As we gear up for ‘7 Days of Framework’, we have selected 10 electronic cuts to step into the groove.

1. Adam Ten – Robot Love

Adam Ten has been on a global tear, landing multiple releases on Diplo’s label Higher Ground, support from dance music’s most influential artists such as Solomun & Black Coffee, co-signs from electronic music’s gatekeeper Pete Tong, and coveted performance slots everywhere from EDC to Burning Man. Adam Ten’s production style, rooted in the regional staple genre of psytrance, is a departure from pure Chicago house and mainstream tech house. Tel Aviv’s dance music scene has seen a recent boom of up-and-coming artists led by him. While his label, Maccabi House, serves as a beacon for new producers, he’ll take his ethos to a new level during his 7 Days of Framework set.

2. The Mamas & The Papas – California Dreamin’ (Mita Gami Edit)

Mita Gami creates electronic music not just for the sake of being heard, but to be felt and experienced. His understanding of clear themes, composition, and build-ups takes the listener on a journey, while his innovative pairing with elements from entirely different backgrounds breaks with expectations and thereby creates his own musical worlds. The live performances of the multi-instrumentalist become rituals, and these rituals translate back into his productions, making them even more enchanting.

3. Miss Monique – Concorde

Miss Monique is Miss Unique. A Ukrainian DJ, producer, and label owner who’s a YouTube, clubland, and streaming phenomenon, with over 200 million cumulative views and almost 800,000 monthly Spotify listeners. She’s a trailblazing artist in the progress/melodic space with a huge online following hooked on her exquisitely crafted and produced livestreams. Last year, she remixed ‘Sorry’ by BLOND:ISH featuring Madonna, and ‘Ringo’ by Lufthaus, Robbie Williams’s dance project with Tim Metcalfe and Flynn Francis.

4. Maz (BR), Antdot, Sued Nunes – Povoada (Remix)

Since 2015, Maz has been presenting his electronic music project and has been attracting the attention of the Brazilian music scene. During this time, Maz had several sets in the biggest clubs and festivals in Brazil, including Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, Universo Paralello, Planeta Brasil, Laroc Club, Green Valley, and Warung Beach Club. With support from the biggest names in the world, such as Bonobo, Black Coffee, Lee Burridge, Rampa, &ME, Adam Port, Damian Lazarus, and more, Maz proves the sound quality of his productions.

5. Ben Sterling feat. Superchumbo – All Over My Body

A surging name within global house music, UK-based DJ and producer Ben Sterling is beginning to showcase his talents as one of the scene’s most in-demand rising names. Championed by Jamie Jones, Marco Carola, The Martinez Brothers, Eats Everything, Patrick Topping, and even gaining support from global superstar Calvin Harris, Sterling has released on a wealth of leading labels across his young yet impressive career – featuring on Hot Creations, Edible, Hottrax and ORIGINS RCRDS as one of the first signees hand-picked by Josh Butler himself. Now an established name in house and techno, Ben has performed at a host of iconic clubs and festivals around the world, including Resistance, HYTE, elrow, Straf_Werk, The Warehouse Project, The BPM Festival, and more.

6. Folamour – Deafened ft. Family Habits

Drawing on the core values of classic house, funk, and disco, Folamour is a multi-faceted producer, DJ, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist who comes from the chaotic melting pot of Marseille, France. You may know him from whipping up euphoric moments on the dance floor (like he did for one of the top Boiler Room sets of all time). After exploding into popular consciousness with a string of dancefloor-friendly cuts, remixes for iconic artists Nightmares on Wax and Morcheeba, 650+ live gigs since 2015, and his signature bucket hat look (he has 150 of them), Folamour has built a loyal following around the globe.

7. Purple Disco Machine ft. Roosevelt – Higher Ground

German producer Purple Disco Machine has had a resilient rise to becoming one of the most universally appealing artists on the international music scene. On his journey to becoming the contemporary king of disco, Tino Piontek brought his passion for the vast history of the genre with him. A torch bearer and a prime representative of disco’s unique heritage, the Purple-donning, hit-making extraordinaire has bridged the gap between disco’s roots and today’s mainstream with his instantly recognizable sampladelic sound. His broad allure makes him one of the most intriguing artists of the modern-day, equally adept at producing commercial hits primed for the airwaves or sonically transporting dance-craving punters to the 80s with his consistently evolving electro-funk sound.

8. Reinier Zonneveld x Kiki Solvej – Sünden

Reinier Zonneveld has been known to play all-night live sets, spontaneously constructed and feeding off the energy of the dancefloor in a reciprocal synergy. Within just a few years of beginning his career, he has already performed on all continents, from main stages to underground clubs, leaving a thrilled crowd on each dancefloor. When not on the road, he works hard to find the time to create tracks and further hone his skills in the studio, with the experiences and influences gained from his performances and travels serving as a constant source of inspiration. He also runs his own acclaimed label Filth on Acid, founded in early 2017.

9. Innellea – The Loss Of Hope

Innellea – a neologism; created in reference to musical reinvention. Neither restrained nor bound by conventions, Innellea’s visions and impressions are visibly transferred into music. The Munich-based live act, DJ, and producer combines melancholic, cinematic soundscapes and a distinct, percussive touch in his unique and abstract sound. The result is an intimate listening experience that hovers between melodic introspection and explosive, post-apocalyptic club music.

Special Selection: Parallelle & Nicolas Masseyeff – Renegade (Adam Ten & Mita Gami Remix)
