Audiotool partners with 2024 Esports World Cup for global music contest

The grand prize winner will collaborate with Spitfire Audio at Abbey Road Studios, receiving full credit and payment.

Audiotool has partnered with the 2024 Esports World Cup to launch a global music production contest series. This collaboration will feature a 10-week game audio remix contest series.

The contest series is open to everyone. The stems for the official 2024 Esports World Cup anthem track, provided by Brian Tyler, are available on Audiotool. Participants are encouraged to draw inspiration from the competition’s various game sounds. A winning track will be chosen for each game, with an overall champion winning the grand prize.

This effort brings together a select panel of judges, including Ken Lewis, who is known for mixing Taylor Swift’s songs, Oak Felder, a well-known producer for artists like Demi Lovato and Nicki Minaj, Flosstradamus, a leading duo in the EDM scene, WLPWR, a hip-hop producer known for his collaborations with Eminem and Wiz Khalifa, and Michael Maas, a noted composer for films and games.

The grand prize winner and a guest will be flown to London to work with Spitfire Audio, a top sample instrument developer, on a commercial sample pack. This project, taking place at the legendary Abbey Road Studios, includes full credit and payment for the winner’s work.

Besides the grand prize, winners of the separate contests will receive over $20,000 worth of music production hardware and software, as well as a one-year Spitfire LABS Pro subscription.
