Arky Waters has released his latest single, ‘We Ain’t Like Dem,’ through Mammal Sounds Records. This new cut blends electronica, breaks, and techno-house rhythms, offering a fresh soundscape.
‘We Ain’t Like Dem’ is the first preview of an upcoming EP that the artist is set to release later this year. Reflecting on the creation of the track, Waters shared, “This is a little track I had sitting on my hard drive for a while. I made it really quickly and I always wanted to take it further, but every time I pushed it in a different direction it always lost its essence in the process. I showed some friends, and they gave me the idea to just release it as I made it, super stripped back. Sometimes simple really is best.”
On last April, the Australian producer gained significant attention with the release of his four-track EP ‘Bumper,’ which was highly praised by both music fans and curators alike.
