Cerrone’s iconic disco hit ‘Supernature’ took center stage at the Paris 2024 Olympics opening ceremony on Friday night, July 26th. The 1977 chart-topper from the ‘Cerrone 3’ album was given a grand rendition by a symphony orchestra of 150 musicians.

To celebrate this significant event, Cerrone announced the release of the ‘Supernature’ EP via Because Music. It includes three tracks, ‘Supernature (Original Version)’, ‘Supernature (Original Edit)’, and ‘Supernature (Climax Edit)’.

A standout moment in the ‘Supernature’ segment at the Paris 2024 Olympics was the choreography by Shaheem Sanchez, known for his work in American Sign Language (ASL) dancing. In addition to Cerrone’s performance, the opening ceremony featured musical acts from global stars including Lady Gaga, Gojira, and Céline Dion, adding to the evening’s grandeur.
