Mau Maioli and Fugaz duo collaborated on the tropical-infused house EP, ‘Pulsação Tropical.’ This vibrant release is the 33rd offering from Cocada Music and is now available to stream and download.
The EP showcases a blend of Mau Maioli’s energetic grooves and Fugaz’s fresh, danceable style. It features two original tracks, ‘Pulsação Tropical’ and ‘Joyland,’ each bringing its distinct flavor to the house music scene. Adding to the excitement, the release includes a remix of the title track by Gabi Fisher, marking her debut on the Cocada Music label.
The title track, ‘Pulsação Tropical,’ boasts an infectious organ melody and vibrant synths that contrast with punchy stabs. Its acidic touch and playful vocal chops create an energetic dance floor hit.
Gabi Fisher’s remix of ‘Pulsação Tropical’ offers a fresh perspective on the original. While maintaining the essence of house music, Fisher introduces a more psychedelic element with sequenced synths, adding warmth and depth to this reimagined version.
‘Joyland,’ the EP’s closing track, cranks up the intensity with its dance floor appeal. It pays homage to old-school house with its beat structure and arrangement, while vocal stabs amplify the energy.
