This spring, the DGTL Festival returns to Amsterdam’s iconic NDSM Shipyard to kick off the 2025 festival season with its thirteenth edition. Taking place over three days—April 18th, 19th, and 20th—the festival will embrace the theme of ‘New Horizons,’ celebrating innovation, discovery, and connection across multiple stages.
The 2025 line-up boasts a rich blend of boundary-pushing artists and established icons. Progressive techno pioneer Joris Voorn will make his DGTL debut, delivering his signature melodic sound, while French electronic duo The Blaze will captivate audiences with their evocative performances. Joining them is Moodymann, Kiasmos, Jungle, Honey Dijon, Carlita, 999999999, among others.
This year, DGTL debuts its brand-new Current Stage, a space dedicated to eurodance and trance, offering an immersive experience framed by panoramic views of the waterfront and breathtaking sunsets. It will host innovative artists like Malugi, whose ‘90s-inspired sounds are infused with modern uptempo vibes, and Pegassi, who fuses techno, trance, house, and hip-hop into dynamic sets. Sunday’s finale will feature DJ Heartstring’s blend of trance, electro, and techno, promising a euphoric conclusion to the weekend.
Spread across multiple stages, DGTL’s programming includes Brutalismus 3000 and Anetha, representing the forefront of modern techno. On Sunday, Monolink will close the Modular Stage with an emotionally resonant live set, while Honey Dijon’s iconic house sound and Folamour’s disco-infused beats bring infectious energy to the festival. Moodymann, with his soulful Detroit techno blend, and Fatima Yamaha’s synthwave-meets-house live set are among the other standout performances of the weekend. Franky Rizardo and 999999999 add further diversity to the line-up, ensuring that Sunday delivers unforgettable moments for fans of house and techno alike.
Since its inception in 2013, DGTL has set itself apart as a forward-thinking festival, championing sustainability, art, and inclusivity. In 2022, the event became the world’s first circular dance festival, achieving remarkable milestones in eco-conscious practices. This ethos continues in 2025, as DGTL expands its Safe(r) Project, which focuses on creating inclusive and safe festival spaces for all genders, identities, and orientations.
